Using Relvio
You may use Relvio only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law and follow these Terms. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.
AI video generation
- Relvio lets users submit prompts and optional image inputs to generate short AI video outputs.
- AI outputs can be unpredictable and may not always match the prompt, image, style, or quality you expected.
- You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using or sharing it.
User content and rights
You should upload or submit only content that you have the right to use. You keep your rights in your prompts, uploaded inputs, and generated outputs to the extent permitted by law, but you grant Relvio the limited rights needed to process, display, store, troubleshoot, and provide the requested service.
Prohibited use
- Do not use Relvio to create illegal, abusive, deceptive, infringing, sexually exploitative, hateful, or harmful content.
- Do not upload private or sensitive material about others without proper permission.
- Do not attempt to bypass safety systems, usage limits, payment controls, or technical restrictions.
- Do not use the service to impersonate others, mislead viewers, or violate intellectual property, publicity, privacy, or consumer protection rights.
Diamonds and generation costs
Relvio may use diamonds or similar in-app units to submit generation requests. The app shows mode cost information before generation. Diamond balances, grants, and consumption can vary by purchase type, subscription status, refund result, promotional rule, and platform requirements.
Subscriptions and purchases
Paid features may include subscriptions and consumable diamond packs purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play. Platform checkout terms, taxes, renewal rules, cancellation controls, and regional pricing may apply.
Refunds
Refund requests for app store purchases must be submitted through the store where the purchase was made. If Apple or Google approves a refund, Relvio may adjust the related subscription, app access, or diamond balance according to platform transaction records.
Account deletion
Relvio provides account deletion through the app profile or account settings area. Deleting your account removes account-linked creative data, subject to limited records that may be retained when required for legal, platform, security, dispute, or fraud-prevention reasons.
No training from user content
Relvio does not use your personal information, prompts, uploaded images, generated videos, or account content to train general-purpose AI models or foundation models.
Service changes
We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features when needed for security, legal compliance, product changes, infrastructure maintenance, or business reasons. We try to keep user-facing information current but cannot guarantee every feature will be available at all times.
Disclaimers
Relvio is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific generation results, error-free outputs, or suitability for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relvio and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
