Generation inputs
- To create a video, Relvio uses the prompt you enter and any image you choose to upload for that generation.
- Generation starts only after you choose the relevant feature and submit the request in the app.
- We use generation context only to create, display, and manage the video requested by your account.
Relvio-operated processing
Prompts, uploaded images, generated videos, and generation context are processed only on infrastructure operated by Relvio for the purpose of providing the requested AI video feature. Relvio does not send this generation data to third-party AI services.
No model training from user content
Relvio does not use personal information, prompts, uploaded images, generated videos, or account content to train general-purpose AI models or foundation models.
Photos and face-related data
- Uploaded images are used only as visual input for the video generation you request.
- Relvio does not perform facial recognition.
- Relvio does not extract facial-geometry data and does not create biometric identifiers from uploaded photos.
Storage window
Prompts, input images, and generated videos are stored only to provide creation history, re-use, troubleshooting, and account features. They are automatically deleted from Relvio servers no later than 36 hours after creation, or sooner when you delete the creation or delete your account.
Your controls
- You can delete individual creations in the app when the feature is available for the item.
- You can delete your account from the app profile or account settings.
