Information generated by use of the service
- Generated videos, creation history, diamond usage, mode selections, and subscription or purchase status needed to provide app features.
- Device, app version, log, diagnostic, and approximate technical information used to keep the service secure and reliable.
- Store transaction identifiers or entitlement records received from Apple App Store or Google Play for purchase verification and refund handling.
How information is used
- To provide AI video generation, creation history, account features, subscriptions, and diamond balances.
- To verify purchases, restore eligible access, process platform refund results, and prevent misuse.
- To respond to support requests, debug errors, improve reliability, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.
AI generation privacy
Relvio processes AI generation inputs on infrastructure operated by Relvio. Prompts, uploaded images, generated videos, and generation context are not sent to third-party AI services and are not used to train general-purpose AI models or foundation models.
Photos and AI-generated content
When you select a photo as input for AI video generation, that image is uploaded to and processed only on Relvio-operated servers to generate the video you request. Relvio does not perform facial recognition, does not create facial-geometry data or biometric identifiers, and does not share your images with third-party AI services. Input images and generated videos are stored only to let you view, re-use, or troubleshoot your creations and are deleted no later than 36 hours after creation, or sooner if you delete the creation or your account.
Data retention and deletion
- Prompts, uploaded images, and generated videos are automatically deleted from Relvio servers no later than 36 hours after creation.
- Account deletion can be started inside the app from the profile or account settings area.
- After account deletion, account-linked creative data is removed. Limited transaction, security, or legal records may be retained only when required by law, platform rules, dispute handling, or fraud prevention.
Sharing
Relvio does not sell personal information. We share information only when needed to operate the app, comply with law, respond to lawful requests, handle app store purchase records, protect rights and safety, or complete a business transfer under appropriate safeguards.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online system is completely secure, so users should protect their account credentials and contact us if they suspect unauthorized access.
Children
Relvio is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to use online services without parental consent. If you believe a child provided information without proper consent, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain information. Contact support@relvio-ai.com and we will respond according to applicable law.
