App Store and Google Play purchases

Purchases made in the app are processed by the platform store used for checkout. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where the purchase was completed.

Entitlement updates after approved refunds

If Apple or Google approves a refund, Relvio uses the platform transaction result to update the related subscription status, access, or diamond balance. This helps keep app access consistent with the store record.

Subscriptions

Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund eligibility are controlled through the platform account used for purchase. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund.

Diamond packs

Diamond packs are consumable digital items. If a platform approves a refund for a diamond purchase, Relvio may remove or adjust the related diamonds and generated-access benefits tied to that transaction.

Technical problems

If a purchase appears successful but diamonds or subscription access do not appear in your account, contact support@relvio-ai.com with the platform receipt or order ID. We will review the platform transaction record and help restore eligible access.
